What should I do if my product arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what I ordered?
No worries - we'll replace it with the correct product you ordered.
If you have received products that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please keep the item in its original packaging and email us at help@snappack.co with the details of your package.
Our Customer Support team may ask for visual evidence (e.g., photos or videos) of the product to expedite the process.
What should I do if I want to return my order?
You may return your new, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving the item. Please follow these steps:
- Visit our Returns Center to start the return process.
Note: You cannot return products purchased from retailers other than www.snappack.co. Please return those items to the original retailer.
What are the conditions for returning my product?
Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:
- If the product was obtained from a source other than Snappack.co.
- If the product was damaged by abuse or negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.).
- If the product was damaged by misuse or activities other than its intended purpose.
If the defect in the product is caused by reasons other than material quality or assembly, the product will be returned to you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned product is received by our Quality Assurance Team and confirmed to meet the conditions of our Returns Policy. This may take up to 1 week.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product meets the policy conditions. You can request a refund up to 30 days after receiving your order.
- PayPal: Refunds will typically appear in your account within 1 business day.
- Credit/Debit Card: It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card provider.
Can I exchange my order?
Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges for online orders. However, you may return the unwanted product(s) for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
Will you refund my shipping/taxes if I return my order?
Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs if they want a refund for the product.
For international orders with a manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement once we receive photographic proof of the defect.
