Limited Warranty Coverage
Snappack offers a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you encounter any issues covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
What is Covered?
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Broken zippers, handles, or wheels due to manufacturing flaws
- Structural damage not caused by misuse or external impact
What is Not Covered?
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, and fading
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper handling
- Airline or transportation damage (please report such damage directly to the carrier)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Water damage or exposure to extreme conditions beyond normal use
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Provide Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all claims.

Shipping & Processing

- Warranty claims are typically processed within 7-10 business days from receipt of the item.
Consumer Rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer protection laws. Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If a product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not a major one, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced.
