Shipping Details
Snappack is a Hong Kong-based company. All Australian orders, including our premium suitcases, travel bags, duffle bags, and travel accessories, are shipped from our Sydney, NSW warehouse via Australia Post.
Shipping Costs
- FREE AusPost Standard Shipping (5-12 Business Days) for orders over $175 AUD
- AusPost Standard Shipping (5-12 Business Days) – $4.99 AUD (Orders under $175 AUD)
- FREE AusPost Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) for orders over $600 AUD
- AusPost Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days) – $7.99 AUD (Orders under $600 AUD)
Shipping Times
We offer two shipping options via Australia Post:
- Standard Shipping: 5-12 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
We strive to dispatch all orders on the same business day if placed before 10 AM AEST.
Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares your Snappack travel essentials for shipping. Please allow 12 to 72 hours for order processing. If your order includes a pre-order or backorder item, we will ship everything together once all items are available.
Important Notes
- Orders are not dispatched on weekends or local public holidays.
- Once your package is with Australia Post, shipping times are out of our control. However, we can assist in resolving any delivery issues on your behalf.

- Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
- If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. Changes cannot be made once an order is prepared for shipment.
- If an incorrect address leads to a returned package, reshipping fees will apply.

- Once an order is fulfilled and awaiting shipment, no changes can be made. However, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee for exchanges/refunds on eligible travel gear.

All Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post or UniUni, with Standard Shipping delivering in 4-10 business days.
